Lexicon & Line LLC was born from a passion for helping agencies, businesses, colleges, and non-profits to better connect with those that they serve. At the heart of it, we have a simple goal of using research and communications to get to know people better (i.e. learning the unique "lexicon" of individuals, companies, employees, communities, a unique customer base, or a new demographic a business would like to serve).

When it comes to research,we get excited about identifying the questions that need to be asked and the best ways in which to ask them. Complex and hard-to-reach audiences are a treat, as they push us to stay on top of research innovations and methods.

When it comes to data analysis, we take great joy in swimming through the data we collect to uncover answers that we didn't expect, to make connections that are helpful and insightful, and to provide data in a way that is very usable, impactful, and that makes our clients wonder why they waited so long to delve into the often intimidating world of research to begin with.

And we are passionate about the process of it all. Thoroughly understanding our audience. Using that understanding to gather data and pointed information. Using that information to clarify the audience even more. Using that clarity to achieve business, community, and government goals for change, growth, and positive impact. Using all of it -- the lexicon, the data, the analysis -- to better communicate with the audience at all levels to insight positive action, to change lives, to achieve goals.

Research. Communications. Integrated projects with a purpose.
