A roadmap to success.

How we make change happen.

Step 1: Vision
Step 2: Roadmap
Step 3: Research
Step 4: Analysis
Step 5: Reporting

Step 1: Vision

Define what’s possible.

We’ll sit down with you to determine what you want to accomplish and the type of data that will best achieve that. We’ll bring our passion for impact-driven research, our skill, and our expertise to help you get there.

Step 2: Roadmap

Plan the project.

We’re big fans of the Project Management Institute’s PMP method. The framework helps us anticipate all possible obstacles, so we can plan contingencies. We’ll apply risk management from the planning phase, through implementation, to the close.

Step 3: Research

Secure high levels of participation.

Data is only as good as the trust placed in it. Our pledge is to do better than the 95% confidence, +/- 5% industry standard. The higher the participation, the more trust and confidence we can all have in the data.

Step 4: Analysis

Uncover the relationships within the data.

Data is more than a relationship between numbers; it’s the relationship between people and their surrounding conditions. When we analyze data, we’re looking for the story behind our participants (employees, students, community members, program participants, etc.)

Step 5: Reporting

Communicate next steps.

After our work, we document the outcome by referring back to original goals and communicating data that speaks to the original ideas and visions of the project. We rely on a network of consultants to assist with recommendations, depending on the needs of the project. We have a wide network of consultants who assist us with formulating amazing, current recommendations. We provide you with as much or as little support as you need to move forward. At a minimum, findings are presented in person to identified stakeholder groups; at maximum, reporting and recommendations are just the first step in helping our clients conduct a full strategic plan and evaluation cycle.
