Operation Engage is the DEA’s national prevention and community outreach initiative designed to strengthen local partnerships, support youth engagement, and build community resilience. Lexicon & Line, LLC, in partnership with Synergy Enterprises, Inc., proudly supports this effort across 11 DEA field divisions nationwide.
Together, our team brings more than 40 years of combined experience designing, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based prevention and public health programs across federal, state, and community settings. We bridge the gap between enforcement and prevention by equipping local partners — coalitions, schools, workplaces, and youth leaders — with data-driven tools that build lasting community capacity.

What is Operation Engage?
The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration’s Operation Engage initiative is a comprehensive community-level approach that bridges public health and public safety to address the drug epidemic through prevention strategies, facilitating conversations and collaboration with local partners. Each field division office identifies its most challenging area within their region based on current drug threat data, designates a city or region, and focuses evidence-informed substance use prevention and community outreach efforts to make a true and measurable difference.
